Our goal is not merely to win a specific project, but to build long-term relationships with our clients. We achieve this by communicating with our clients throughout the life of each project, and keeping in touch with them once the project has concluded. We involve them as much as possible to ensure a quality experience and a product they are satisfied with. Our goal is a lasting relationship and to provide true consultancy, not just to be an engineer on a project.

We assign a dedicated team to each job, who serves as the primary group working on the project and remains constant through the entire process. This provides a continuity of knowledge and reduces errors. To further ensure coordination, the team welcomes opportunities to interface with the contractors during construction, and enjoys being part of the completion process.

At MKK, we implement quality reviews throughout the project, not just at the end. We determine these checks and balances at the beginning of the project, and set them as milestones within the project schedule. This helps keep the design team on track and aligned with the client's objectives.
